My goal this time is being consistent about the habits I am creating. I am pushing play Yes! I am drink lots of water, which is hard for me for some reason....but getting easier. My biggest problem is my husband says he is supportive but makes it hard....I have decided this time I am digging deep no matter the reason and staying the coarse....even with that ice cream that haunts me from the freezer...lol! He dishes up a bowl and tells me how delicious it is.... inside I am thinking....are you serious?????????? That is ok I am stronger then that. Believe it or not ...yesterday when he did that it didn't bother me...I think my mind set is finally where it needs to be. So I view it as a huge accomplishment. I know that I just need to be stronger then my environment. I do not want to forever say no to the things I love but iam learning more about moderation and portion control. The other thing I am learning is to measure measure measure my portions....my idea of a real portion and what and actual portion is was much different. No more guesstimating...smiling! I am still trying to understand carb cycling . I am praying this is a better diet for me...healthier....that is the goal healthy
