Have been off diet for a while. Recently went on the Princess Cruise Diet. Now I am going to try my luck with my best buddy a.k.a my wife, at Goodlife. We are cutting out carbs and seriously revising our eating schedules: main meal at breakfast time, salad and legumes at lunch, and salad and cereal at night after the gym.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
