I'm realizing how much my emotions have comtrol over my eating and drinking habits. When I'm stressed or frustrated I get off track. I do see a change, I am noticing this now. I am able to get back on track alot quicker than i used to. Before it would take days if not weeks, now its only a few hours. So I guess that is an accomplishment that I need to recognize and celebrate.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
