The picture to the left is after I had lost a good amount of weight and was actually confident enough to show off a little midriff. At that time I had actually went down to my lowest size ever which was an 11 compared to my highest which was once a size 17 in pants. Also, during this time I even started wearing medium shirts.

Now the one on the right is how I currently look. My goal is to surpass the picture on the left and never everrrrrrr go back to the one on the right. I am once again starting this journey on New Year's Day, yes it is cliche but hey we gotta start some place and someday so why not here and now? I've done it before and am sure I can do it again.
