Once again my new years resolution is fo lose weight. I had the same resolution last year but i gained 18lbs. :(. I am going to start with baby steps so I don't get so overwhelmed this year. My starting weight is 221. My goal is 130. I i am a size 18. I will go shopping for one new outfit in the next size down as motivation.
Todays goal is no sodas. It sounds simple but i normally drink 6-8 cans a day.

Mrsladybug2013, I also gained and lost last year and I am actually at my same weight. I had lost 12 lbs, but this is a new year, trying a new eating plan and doing the Insanity workout. Let's keep each other encouraged.

I soda a day is a great goal and will help stabilize your blood sugars. I stabilized blood sugar decreases those highs and lows.
