Wow! I can't believe all that I have eaten today. It is teacher appreciation week, and they had a continental breakfast for us. That would have been fine, except we weren't told ahead of time about it so I had already eaten breakfast. Ugh! Then, by the end of the day, I couldn't say no to one of the extra large muffins that was left over. The mountain dew I picked up at the beginning of the day was just the start of the downward spiral I am on today.

I am going to the gym. I have to make an effort to work some of these calories off. Why is it when you fall of the diet wagon, it is just so hard to get back on. I knew my calories would be up Friday due to our girl's night out. However, I just can't seem to get my self-control back. I don't know what they will do tomorrow for teacher appreciation week, but I will use my will power!
