Ok So I have had a VERY bad week. I have been all over the place with work my work schedule and we had my sisters kids this weekend. I have not worked out this week and I have been eating everything from ice cream to Birthday Cake. This is a huge dissapointment for me b/c I felt I was on my way to being under 200. I promise myself I will loose these 3 pounds and then at least 1 more. No getting off track for me.
