Here I am again!! 10lbs heavier and about to hit Easter, with eggs, guests and big fat dinners out!! BUT!!! i intend to make my way through it with as little damage ass possible and will do my utmost to even shift a few pounds....regardless...the journey starts again today :)

I found I need something to trigger me off, After a operation the doctor said the fast 800 would help me and so far I can stick to it except I let my self have the odd day with beer etc.
You can do it just find the thing that sets you off.
