*Sigh* Starting over sucks. I'm up almost 10 pounds from a couple months ago. Fell off my medicine schedule and just got back on this week. Cutting out pop yet again. Fast food is next, then on to the harder stuff. I found an article for a detoxifying diet that helps you find out which foods are problem foods. The first week is the hardest, but seems do-able. I'd like to be under 200lbs before my wedding...that'd be the smallest I've been since before I turned 20-- EXCITING! I know I can do it...got my WII fit, my walking buddy, and motivation. Let's Go!
