Well, I've made it through the third full day of sticking to this diet. I have done pretty well. So far though I haven't run in to too much stress which is usually a big trigger for me and this website has helped me to avoid nighttime cravings. Now I type instead of eat. Hay, whatever works right? Hope everyone else is hanging in and staying motivated.
