cant find the motivation and have been swapping and changing from Weight Watchers to Slim fast..... i need to make a big change in my lifestyle and exercise more = need to do a little at a time and not think i can be the woman i was before i had Finn...... sooo more walking during the day and more using Slimming world which fits with my family and our cooking and our way of life therefore we will simply be fine tuning our lives and not trying to drastically change things xx
