CJ has put me to a serious bet. Under 134 in 10 weeks. That’s more than 1 pound/week. If the math holds, I need to be net -650 calories/day.

We did some serious over feeding thinking our goal might be measured in pounds. We’ve got to get this challenge!!
147.6 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
