Was up until 1AM getting tax docs together (I know, just a crazy couple of weeks). Ate a piece of cheese after midnight because I could hear my stomach growling in protest and sleep is the most important thing for me once I got around to it. I logged the cheese before I got into bed.

Edit for daylight: Today is a great example of how things all add up without you knowing it. If I hadn't logged the midnight cheese, I would probably have forgotten and not included it in the day's totals. And then I would have forgotten the hot dog I ate at Home Depot (no chips, no ketchup or mayo or relish, just mustard), but I'm still sitting here closer to my limits than I like to be at this time of day. Logging helps me maintain the mindfulness. No little tortilla with dinner, maybe a little less of something else. Skip a handful of almonds and we're there with no long term damage. For those thinking I'm depriving myself, see sample pizza illustration on Sunday. 🍕That was this week, too. It all counts. Remarkably, there was no wine with the taxes. There may be a shot or two of tequila or vodka when he's done, but we'll deal with that later this week.
