Last Sunday was a bad day, Ate a half chicken Nandos with chips and had 4 budweisers. I do loose my control at times, but for the first time I did not go back to the same old routine, but started dieting again. Hope by 17th Feb, i should be able to reduce to 70KGs from 77KGs.
