Very good workout. Lifting heavy with fewer bodypart concentration exercises. 45 intense and then 35 min moderate on cardio. Feeling very energetic and not stiff in the mornings. Big improvement. Feeling much more flexible during the day and seem to sleep well and wake without much difficulty getting around.
