I demonstrated a serious lack of willpower over the weekend. Gain, loss, gain, loss... I don't know how to make myself stop.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 June 2010:

I am planning ahead right now for 4th of July weekend. I've been looking for recipes that will be summer friendly, but healthy. We are going to a friend's that usually have lots of unhealthy food for the weekend. I am being prepared by taking lots of fresh fruit, some frozen fruit salads, lean hamburger for grilling, etc. My goal is that if I come stocked, I will eat healthy.
