Saw the doctor Wed and she was very happy with my progress. 6.5 pounds lost in March, and 21 since the first of the year. I wish I was happier with my progress, I just have so much to lose, 21 pounds isn't much. I also ate 1,000 over my calories yesterday ugh. I will just need to get right back on track today. I know I am on the right path...just need to learn more patience and focus on the prize at the end. ☺
