Boot camp last night was a killer. Actually felt sick at the end. Lasted a long time. Guess I worked hard, what I am supposed to do. Need to count up the classes.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
