I weighed myself at 1:00pm after a big breakfast and an hour and a half workout. I may have gained a little since returning from Haiti but still feel good about my progress.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
