I'm officially down 107 lbs from my starting weight. I lost 82 of those lbs post operatively within 4 months. The improvement to my health has been drastic and with it a great sense of accomplishment. Its not a trick or a quick fix and I have faith that my good sense and determination will ensure my lasting success.
