I just returned from a 5 mile walk and have a renewed resolve to stay focused today. I am bringing my lunch to work and will try to get a 15 minute walk in at lunch so that I am not just sitting at my desk all day. Ive got to continue to remind myself that if I continue to do what I have always done I get what I have always gotten...the scale wont move!!!!
