I's been a while since I have recorded anything. I got very off track and frustrated with the entire weight loss process. I realized I was being too hard on myself. I put on a little bit of weight, but now I am back with more realistic goals.
I'm starting by not putting a time constraint on myself. Every time I weighed in and wasn't where I wanted to be, even if I had lost weight, I beat myself up over it. So, now my goal is to lose consistently and keep active. My goal weight is the same, but now I will achieve it when my body is ready to.
I am also changing my diet for the next couple weeks. I have used the Scarsdale diet before and been successful, so I am going back on that. I'd like to continue with my diet journal while on the diet, so I can give myself an idea of how many calories, fat, protein and carbs to take in. It's a regimented diet, but also specific. I think that's what works best for me.
So, here we go again!
