Well, I sort of taught my class at the gym tonight. They were without an instructor tonight and asked if I could at least cue the moves. I was able to do some of the moves with just a bar, but I took it easy and did not overdo it. The launch of the new music has been moved to the 12th of May. Maybe, maybe, maybe I will be back to where I can teach by the launch. We shall see.
