Blew off diet on all parameters. Overate calories over output, way too many carbs and too much fat. Had lots of starches and simple sugars. No exercise although increased walking.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
