Okay so last night i had almonds which i think made me retain alot of water because i gained ( barely) and i felt really bloated. Im not discouraged at all, ill just see what i am tomorrow!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Smart girl! I bloated and had a temporary 3 pound gain once form all the almonds and cheese I sampled at Costco once. The cheese and almonds were all higher in sodium than the ones I buy. It's amazing how little things can effect our bodies huh? Bravo for you paying such close attention to what you're eating, what your body is doing and how everything is effecting it. You're doing great! Way to go!
