Exhausted by crutch walking. Can't estimate the exercise, but have been much more active. Will attend my pilates class this am if my driver shows as promised. Keeping cals less than output, but not good about keeping carbs limited the last 2 days (130g & 189g the last 2 days with a 60g goal). Can't shop/prep own meals easily and craving has been up.
