Replaced the batteries in my home scale. I’m fighting the urge to check my weight. Last time I weighed myself religiously. Which didn’t bother me. I like seeing the tiny losses here and there. I know some people have a really hard time with that. I visited the doctor this time around and would like to stick with the same scale... I’d hate to think I’m making progress but then go for my weigh in at the Docs and see something different.

Usually once a day (in the AM), and only record once a week (Wednesday), I like to see how I am trending, I also don't care too about what the doctors office scales say, I just go by mine.
