Office and Food.
So i come to work today and its employee appreciation week (My days off are tuesday and wednesday) soooo management is treating us with time off from our desk and FOOD! So i had chicken and french fries given to my desk (ughgg) but i ONLY HATE 6 french fries and no skin! So i go to a meeting and they are serving non alcoholic champagne but since it was only a little i thought well might as well... since everyone else... and FINALLY there IT IS!! **drum roll** The HUGE CAKE awaiting to rn uime. But i only took a little little piece just enough to taste (figured what the heck) and that was IT!! Very proud day cause i could've been completely ruined. I told myself, is this worth the seven lbs i lost? I think not.

Being able to say no to the foods we would have other wise devoured or only take a bite instead of eating the whole thing....is a huge accomplishment! You have every right to feel proud...well done! It will get easier and easier as you prove to yourself how strong you are! Go get 'em!

CONTROL! You have IT! Way to go by only limiting yourself to minimum of things you are trying to avoid. If you don't treat yourself once in a while, then the temptation can build into an uncontrollable monster. You have chosen wisely to only have a little bit! GREAT JOB!

Way to be strong! So hard to resist party food, especially when it is GIVEN to you. You showed self-control and that is something to be proud of!! Good for you!
