A "new" low today ... 224.8. Only 44.8 lbs to go.
I have a ethics class this morning then a client, a phone conference call, another client and I must visit a grocery store before I come home today! Gonna be busy.
We upgraded out iPhones before thanksgiving. Hubby now has one too. He swore up one side and down the other he wouldn't text but he is responding to my texts. It is rather fun.
We are looking at nutritional and alternative approaches to the cancer since the doctor really hasn't much to offer other than he has incurable cancer and ways to manage it. We will still see the doc, get PSA tests AND hubby wants to look at what else he can do. Praying too of course.
Mom is more stressed out than me or hubby. I didn't see that coming. Of course she worries and is protective of me. Looks like I need to be careful how much of my emotional struggle I share with her.
Grateful ....
Today is Friday! My maxalt worked on the migraine I got yesterday at work, enabling me to work! I have somehow managed to avoid emotional eating this week ... Which astounds me! At noon today I have all my continuing education requirements for my license which doesn't renew again until April 2013! Coffee!!!!!!!
