I blew it on the diet yesterday. At McDonalds chicken nuggets and a burger king whopper with cheese (less bottom bun.) I think my blood sugars went up. My body began dumping urine. However, since the beginning of this diet, I have felt like my body has been holding onto water. I think my metabolism slowed down and I retained water due to the cut in calories and increase in exercise. It's been difficult to lose the weight with the water retention. Eating the crappy diet finally let my body release the excess fluids and maybe realize it wasn't in starvation mode.

I hurt my back at the very beginning of exercise yesterday. It tightened up really bad. so, no exercise yesterday or today. Back at it this weekend, if I can. Ended up in bed all day today. Weigh in was surprising. 229.5.
