I was pretty worried about the weekend with family in town and lots of snacking but I still tried to keep track of everything and not over indulge (which is def my problem) but because I didn’t get lazy I think that helped!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
