Cannot believe that I made it through going home to my mom and dad's and Thanksgiving with a 2 lb loss!!! Every time before when I would get a "hiccup" in my WOE I would jump and it would be over...BUT I can finally say that I 100% know that I got this! It's my WOE now and that is that! Needing to get back on here and record my food so I can go back and use it for ideas later when I get in a rut....Helps me to know exactly how many carbs I am consuming throughout the day as well. Kudos to all who made it through!! :)
