Shiny50 never quit on yourself. There's alway's the right plan for different people. I have a good friend that does NOON & swears by it. Because of me dealing with the big C am doing the old fashioned way, Cal's under 1200 & exercise. I believe in Keto but it's to hard for me with Chemo & Radiation. Different strokes for different folks. Good luck on your journey 👍

I would say; learn about calories, portion control while eating the food you love and you will lose that weight for good. 😊👍

I started noom and finished through about week 8-9. I found the daily info extremely helpful and would have loved to keep getting it. The group with moderator was a joke. 40 people with nothing in common except trying to lose weight and having started the program at the same time. Maybe it was just the people I was with but no one ever posted. The weekly coach was also really not useful at least for me. I felt most of the responses were basically from a script and there was no connection. The reason I finally quit is because they messed up my payment and instead of contacting me they simply cancelled me. After trying to email back and forth and trying to get my coach to help I realized I was fighting to pay them money for something I only utilized a third of.

I downloaded it a long time ago so I don’t really remember it too well but I think it suggested meals and activities. I didnt find it useful So I deleted it after a day. It has a free trail so you can try it out.

Thanks for the input. I inquired online and now they keep sending me info for a "free" two week trial. I think I will just keep doing CICO and eating what I like, just in moderation. I am getting very close to twenty pounds lost! Hope to make it by the end of this month. Last time I weighed, but did not record, I was down 18 pounds.

Shiny50, if you can find a tiny "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of one of the Noom promo emails, that will stop them. In the alternative, you might also be able to "block" the emails by listing them in your email blocking program.

I haven't used it in a long time but it was very simple when I used it. You would select green or red items and their approximate calories. Seemed fine for someone just trying to slim down but I need to keep an eye on my protein so I like FS better.
