yesterday gym scale showed 145 so it is off only 3 lbs from my doctors office scale which showed 148. The body fat was great down to 33 even, never been that low before, I wonder if their body fat measure was broke? Today I am 146 on my scale so feeling pretty good if only I could maintain that over the thanksgiving weekend, yeah right.
