Tras 2 días de comidas controladas diría que este es el peso real con el que empiezo a reducir peso esta vez. Una vez mi organismo ha regularizado a una cantidad normal la masa de comida a medio digerir que era excesiva en las últimas semanas.

I would think this is the real weight I'm starting with this time after loosing the excess food mass in my organism due to the excessive eating this last weeks...
234.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
