After reading up on the importance of water consumption, I'm determined to get my daily water intake up to over 100 oz per day. So far today, I'm at 24 oz. It's just after 10:30 am. So far, so good.

Hey, I've been concentrating on water too. I've had about 5 glasses so far. I'm trying to get it all in by 7pm. After 7pm you going to be up all night. LOL!!
Also I worked out twice yesterday(elliptical, treadmill and zumba class) and hopefully today(treadmill, bike, and I'm going to do all of the shuffles for an hour--cupid, electric slide etc..this evening as well.

Great stuff! I got up to 70 ounces of water on Monday. Yesterday, I only hit 48 before I succumbed to the lure of Iced Tea. Today, I plan to hit 100 ounces which will likely be pretty easy since I plan to exercise tonight. Keep up the good work. I saw the slight weight gain on your calendar. Don't get discouraged. That's actually normal, so don't sweat it. Keep the long-term prize in mind. Be blessed!
