I have lost 52.4 lbs in 24 weeks and I am 27lbs from goal. I feel a little dishonest saying I am on Weight Watchers because the entire time I have not tracked points. But I do journal my food intake, weigh in weekly at meetings. WW has been a key part of my success but I credit exercise and joining a gym that I have lost weight every single week since joining WW.
