I ran at the Womens Distance Festival today. I t was a benefit for breast Cancer research. I ran and or fast walk 2 miles in 25.26 min. One of the concerns I have is whether or not to continue taking estrogen. I have been taking a very low dose for 10 years and cut that dose in half about a month ago with no problem. I think the no estogen might help with the weight loss but cause other problems

I have lost 60.8 lbs in 27 weeks On Weight Watchers also exercising at Anytime Fitness and with the help of a personal trainer. My weight loss this week was only -1.2 lbs but I am happy with that because I was worried that I would rebound after last week. I have lost every single week since joining Weight Watchers. I get a lot of exercise (cardio and strength training)

I lost 4 lbs when I weighed in at Weight Watchers on Monday. But 4 days the week before I had taken a thermogenic diet pill Yikes might have some rebound this week. I wont do that again. I think having a personal trainer is very helpful, expensive but sure is worth it.
