I am so ashamed/disappointed that I have gained weight!! It is because of the candy/sugar I have been eating. I MUST detox from it and learn from my mistake. I have to remember how much money I spent on this surgery & WHY I did it...to be HEALTHY!!! Are the food choices I have been making healthy? NO!! Have I been exercising? NO!! I know what I need to do, so I will do it, starting this moment!!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
