started a 30 day free membership at Curves last week - didn't go Monday, cause something caught me...sore throat, headache. just sore all over - yuk - better today tho, so gonna hit the shower, then curves, then my physical therapy appt for my shoulder (don't know what i did, but it hurts like hell!) ... then tonight is the finals for the karaoke contest that I'm in - I just hope my throat doesn't give me issues!!! lots of liquids today, maybe even some honey (gasp! carbs! lol) in tea so I don't completely f**k up tonite! $400 on the line, so I need my pipes!!! Keep your fingers crossed everyone.............
