This has been so hard for me. In 2018 I worked my butt off and lost 12 lbs in 5 months. Then between Halloween and New Year's I gained 15lbs. I'm so mad at myself for letting this happen. Starting all over.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It isn't a complete waste if you learned something valuable. Sometimes just learning what doesn't work is as important as learning what does. You've got this.

Me 3! I lost 8 pounds and was soooo close to my goal weight, but the holidays messed me up and I gained it all back. The most difficult part is starting over!

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been good this week so far, trying to be prepared and make my meals. I need to get through the weekend without any slip-ups. Weekends and late night snacks are my downfall.
