Wow. I gained almost 5 lbs in one week. That's depressing. But I have no one to blame but myself. I have no self control what-so-ever. ugh. I would say "back to it this week" but I feel like I say that every week. Will I ever change?
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear you had a bad week. All you can do is try and refocus and move on from it. Dwelling on your prior mistakes isn't going to help at this point so I hope you find a way to move on with us and get back to it.
