What the fuuuuuuck. I need to just get it together. It’s so hard eating healthy AND making it a habit. I know I can do it because I’ve done it before. My kryptonites: mindless snacking, quadrupling serving sizes, not choosing the healthy option even just some of the time. I’m calling myself out on this nonsense. It’s definitely hard losing weight after a baby and still Breast-feeding.
