Day 1, Week 1 of the Couch to 5K Training Program. gonna hit a yoga class later, also. I've done some yoga moves before, but I'm definitely a beginner! :)
256.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
