Today, Nov. 5th, 2012 I am starting AGAIN, to try and lose some weight to bring down my high cholesterol...and to look more fit. Today has been a good day so far...will power has been good, and been keeping it to eating 5 or 6 times instead of two or three, but smaller and healthier snacks too...
