Yayyy! *And* during Aunt Flo's visit, that is promising. I appreciate this today, I was hoping to be 75-80 loss for my Ketoversary Wednesday, this helps! 😊
184.6 lb Lost so far: 76.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No Aunt Flo for me anymore! Had a hysterectomy!!! Best thing I’ve ever done!!!! No more sweet and salty cravings. In fact, I can’t stand sweets anymore.
