I had my starting weight at 170 because I knew I had gained a lot of weight, but I didn't actually step on the scale. I adjusted my starting weight to 167 because today I weighed in at 159.5. I know that usually when I start drinking more water and stop the soda, I drop the water weight quickly so I am assuming a lot of that weight was water. But, I have been eating less also. And yesterday, I got on the treadmill to do the couch to 5k program. It seems like a huge drop in a short time, but it may not be completely accurate since I didn't physically step on the scale on June 11th. But, I have been 167 before and know what it feels/looks like, so I am sure it is close. Now to lose the REAL weight!
