Decided to give liteneasy a go as I ended up in hospital again with low potassium. So it’s easy to see I’m not eating enough of what I need and am tired of fighting with the carbs fat and protein. My first delivery next week. Interested to see what happens to the fat protein and carbs

Hi Joanna, sweet potato is loaded with potassium, I eat it raw or cooked, its honestly one of the highest potassium boosters, hope this helps you

sorry to hear your in hospital I eat a banana a day but the other day I made nachos with sweet potato fries home made so try adding foods that are higher in potassium
