Today I'm feeling pretty good and motivated. I woke up and went to the track at 7 this morning. I walked 1 1/2 miles. It's not much but, it is very big for me. I actually do have more energy. I had a cup of yogurt brfore leaving. I usually eat brakfast around 10. I can feel a difference just by changing bad habits. I don't feel like I'm missing anything my body just feels better. YEAH!!! I love me!!!
