Let's just suffice it to say that I have really not been on plan at all lately. Thats the truth of the matter. I've been eating (and over-eating) whatever I felt like eating at the time. I spent a good part of the weekend getting groceries in the house so that I had no excuse not to eat well. I sort of made a plan of what I will eat this week. I will solidify that today and refine my plan. What I found out about myself is that lunch is a challenge for me. For various reasons. One is that I do not plan what I'm going to eat the night before and make sure it is ready to go before I go to bed. So that being said I have two objectives for today. One is to make a plan for the week as far as meals are concerned. Two is to make myself a before bed routine and actually stick with it. That should do the trick. While I'm at it I've vowed to drink 3 of my water bottles full of water each day. So I plan on doing one before lunch, one after lunch and then one after dinner. That gives me 94 oz. Pray for me. I need to re-dedicate myself to this and stop letting my health be secondary.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
